We're sorry to hear that your order didn't arrive! At Foodiz, we always strive to deliver on time, but sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's what you can do.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

🔹 Check your order confirmation-First, check your confirmation email or app notification to confirm that your order has been placed.

🔹 Check the delivery time-Foodiz delivers orders before 12:30pm. If you arrived too early or too late, it's possible that someone else has picked up your meal.

🔹 Contact us for help - If you're still missing your order, contact us as soon as possible at customer-care@foodiz.odoo.com.

When you contact us, be sure to include:
✔️ Your order confirmation
✔️ Pick-up location
