What to do if you're missing an item?

✔️ Check your order again - Someone may have inadvertently taken your order, check around you or with your colleagues to find them.

✔️ Check your order confirmation - Make sure the missing item is listed in your order details.

✔️ Contact us - If the item is still missing, contact our support team at customer-care@foodiz.odoo.com. Please include a screenshot of your order and a brief description of the missing item.

We'll find a solution for you!

As soon as we have the details, we'll quickly examine the situation and find a solution, whether it's a refund or another alternative to remedy the situation. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
