What can you do if your meal doesn't live up to your expectations?

🔹 Check your order details - First of all, check your order confirmation email again to make sure the meal you received doesn't match what you ordered.

🔹 Identify the problem - If something is wrong with your meal, let us know exactly what happened. Common problems include:


Incorrect meal received - The meal is not what you ordered.
Missing ingredients - Some components of your meal are missing.
Quality issues - The meal is undercooked, not fresh, or has some other quality issue.

🔹 Contact our support team - To report the problem, contact us as soon as possible at customer-care@foodiz.odoo.com.

When contacting us, please include:
✔️ Your order confirmation
✔️ A brief description of the problem
✔️ A photo of the meal (if applicable)
