My promo code doesn't work, why?

Why doesn't my code work?

🔹 Typing error - Make sure you have typed the code correctly, or copy and paste it directly to avoid mistakes.

🔹 Code expired - Check the validity date of the code, some are time-limited.

🔹 Conditions of use not met - Some codes only apply to a first order, a minimum amount or a specific product type.

🔹 Code already used - Some promo codes are only valid once per user.

I used a promo code but the discount is not applied correctly

🔹 F irst meal free? - With the code "MYFIRSTORDER", you get €5 off, but that doesn't necessarily mean your order is completely free.

🔹 Did you receive another promo code? - If you had a different offer that promised a free meal, contact us with details.
