I'm receiving payment errors.
How can I fix this?

We offer several payment options to make your experience as smooth as possible. If you're having trouble with your preferred payment method, here are a few things to check:

✔️ Make sure your payment method is supported - We accept most payment methods, but some options may not be available.
(Accepted payment methods: Bancontact, Credit Card, Edenred, Monizze, Sodexo)

✔️ Check for errors - If your payment fails, try re-entering your information, making sure there are no typos or missing data.

✔️ Empty your basket and order again - You may be ordering a dish that is no longer valid or sold out, so check carefully that the item you choose is available.

✔️ Restart the application - Closing and reopening the application often resolves temporary problems.

✔️ Log out and log back in - If the problem persists, try logging out and then back in before trying the payment again.

✔️ Try another payment method - If your preferred method doesn't work, try an alternative.
