I've stopped receiving promo codes. What should I do?

At Foodiz, we regularly send exclusive offers to our customers! If you've noticed that you're no longer receiving our promo codes,
here's how to fix the problem.

Why am I no longer receiving promo codes?

If you're no longer receiving our promotional offers, there could be several reasons for this:

🔹You've unsubscribed from our newsletter - You may have accidentally unchecked the option to receive our emails.

🔹 Our emails arrive as spam - Check your "Spam" or "Junk mail" folder and mark our emails as "Not spam" to continue receiving our offers.

🔹 Your colleagues are receiving promos, but you're not? - Some offers are sent to a specific group of customers. If you think you've been wrongly excluded, contact us!

How can we solve this problem?

✔️ Check your communication settings - Make sure you're subscribed to our newsletter.

✔️ Add our email address to your contacts - This prevents our emails from being blocked by your inbox.

✔️ Contact us - If you think there's an error, write to our customer service, and we'll re-subscribe you to our mailing list to receive our best offers!
