I can't check my e-mail address. What should I do?

If you haven't received the verification email or can't confirm your address, here's how to solve the problem:

✔️ Check your inbox

The confirmation email is sent automatically after your registration. Be sure to check your main inbox.

✔️ Look in your spam/junk mail folder

Sometimes our emails can be filtered. If you find the email in this folder, mark it as "Not spam" to prevent this from happening again.

✔️ Make sure you've entered the right email address

A typing error in your address during registration may prevent you from receiving the verification email. Try logging in again and checking the email you used.

✔️ Request a new confirmation email

If you still haven't received anything, try logging back into your Foodiz account. A message should appear asking you to resend the verification email. Click on it and wait a few minutes.

✔️ Add our email address to your contacts

If you use a service like Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo, add our address hello@foodiz.be to your contact list to avoid our messages being blocked.

✔️ Try using another device or browser

Sometimes a temporary problem may prevent validation. Try opening the email on another phone, computer or browser.

✔️ Still no solution? Please contact us!

If none of these steps work, please contact our customer service department at customer-care@foodiz.odoo.com. We can verify your account and manually activate your email if necessary.
