Check the status of your order

✔️ Check your order history - Log in to your Foodiz account and check if your order appears in your past orders.

✔️ Please wait a moment - Sometimes payments take a few minutes to process, and your order may still be in the checkout process.

✔️ Check your e-mail - If the payment has been validated, you should receive a confirmation e-mail.

✔️ Look at your bank statement - If the payment appears as "pending", it may not yet have been fully processed and could be automatically refunded.

✔️ Still nothing? Please contact us! - If your order doesn't appear but you've been charged, send us proof of payment and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
